Details Professional Cleaning charges by the job except for the initial service options.

The initial service options are charged at $55.00 per man hour. Once your home has passed the Details standard, it will be assessed a per visit charge. While each home is unique in its needs, there are averages.

• 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1770 square foot home runs approximately $160.00 to $225.00.
  (You can expect to add an average of $20.00 for every bedroom/bathroom combo after that.)
• The average 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3000-square foot home runs $200.00 to $300.00.
• We have a 2-hour minimum
• Clients pay from a low of $110.00 to a high of $560.00.

We charge by the visit after the initial service option for the benefit of both the client and the service provider. The client knows on a consistent basis the charge for the service and the provider knows what needs to be done in the home and they can count on the wages.

Remember, every client home is unique, and even if you and your neighbor have the same home square footage and room configuration it does not mean the visit pricing will be the same.

There will be those times where maybe the client was on vacation, and the visit took less time than usual. At Details Professional Cleaning, we believe the time in the home is not as important as the detailed service during the visit.
